This past Saturday, September 9th was beyond amazing as we catered at our favorite venue with one of the best couples. Our wood fire oven cranked as it perfected our maple bourbon salmon, and a smoker went to work on brisket and local whole chickens. A huge cheeseboard dazzled guests and passed appetizers kicked off the cocktail hour. Plentiful proteins and delicious sides then filled up each guest during dinner service. There’s nothing better than an outdoor setup surrounded by beautiful Berkshires views and great people. Thanks to Bloom Meadows and Kaylee & Chris for having us!
