CRISP Catering experienced an overwhelmingly awesome 2018 wedding season, and it has us even more excited for the new year’s extra packed schedule of special events.
From a Pownal, VT estate to a stunning NY barn to our favorite venue, Bloom Meadows, our team created meals and served so many wonderful couples and guests most weekends spanning from June-November. Each occasion becomes one that is unique; no two menus are ever alike, and we find such joy in preparing each plate, whether it be a more elegant, plated meal or a rustic barbecue.
As a catering company that highlights an outdoor cooking experience with our own unique and versatile equipment, each event and setting presents different variables from which we must adapt and structure ourselves accordingly to provide the best experience possible. While it can sometimes be challenging (we can often thank the weather for that!), it is always worth it. A strong team that works together is not only helpful, but necessary, and we are always proud of our product and each member of our staff that joins together to create a well oiled machine.
Our 2019 wedding season has us visiting locations old and new, and we could not be more excited! Every couple we are fortunate enough to work with provides a new opportunity to push ourselves, work together, and feed some really awesome people.
